You may suggest and fund projects of your own design and choosing. The ZP will work with you to assess feasibility, prepare a DPR, and ensure full administrative, technical, and monitoring support — so your vision is implemented with government-grade accountability and measurable outcomes.

Express Interest
Submit the EOI form or contact the Nodal Officer. Specify sector, preferred project, and indicative CSR budget.
Initial Meeting & Site Visit
ZP team holds a briefing or site visit. DPR will be prepared and shared in a reasonable timeframe, typically within 15–30 working days depending on project complexity.
DPR Finalisation
Partner reviews DPR with outcome targets. Modifications incorporated. Final DPR signed by both parties.
MoU Signing
Formal MoU signed — specifying milestones, timelines, monitoring schedule, and mutual obligations.
Fund Transfer
CSR funds transferred to dedicated ZP CSR Account. Utilization Certificate issued periodically as per ZP financial norms, typically within 60 days of fund receipt.
Implementation
Project executed via agreed mode (4 channels mentioned later). Monthly progress reports & geo-tagged photos shared with partner.
Monitoring & Review
Quarterly joint reviews. Outcome indicators tracked against baseline. Partner may depute field observers anytime.
Audit & Completion
Independent CA audit. Third-party impact assessment (if applicable). Completion report + plaque/recognition installed.
Modes of Implementation
Zilla Parishad Direct
ZP executes through its own departments — Works dept, Education, Health, ICDS. Highest governmental accountability and scheme convergence is sought.
Partner's Own Foundation
Your registered CSR Foundation implements, with ZP as technical and monitoring partner. You retain implementation oversight.
Empanelled NGO / Agency
Implementation through empanelled & credible NGOs. Partners may suggest organisations for ZP approval.
Mixed Model
A mixed model, using more than one of the modes can be used, as per the needs and suggestions of the CSR partner, agreed mutually.
Financial Accountability Framework
CSR funds are maintained in a dedicated account, subject to regular audit and transparent reporting as per applicable financial rules and Government guidelines.

Separate account for CSR funds.
Periodic Utilization Certificates
Formal UCs with expenditure statements issued periodically, signed by officers from ZP Washim.
